Refunds

We only accept refunds for damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. If your product is damaged, please ask the delivery person to contact us immediately. You will need to provide proof of damage and a video of the parcel being unboxed. For a refund, the damaged product must be returned to us.

Return

If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and initiate a refund via bKash. Please note that a 10% deduction will apply to the refund amount.
